Hi, I'm amanda

Traditional law firms have too many gatekeepers, too little transparency, and far too much work pushed onto paralegals without clients ever knowing. That’s not my style. When you work with me, you work with me. I’m hands-on, fully involved, and uniquely invested in every client’s outcome.

In 2015, I launched Luman Law with that philosophy at its core. Since then, I’ve represented clients in diverse legal matters with the consistent goal of achieving results together.

2015

launched luman law

Starting my own firm in 2015 was a leap of faith—but the right one. I haven’t looked back since. It’s let me practice law my way.

2018

a new chapter

After my son was born, I shifted from full-time criminal defense into a broader civil practice—work that plays to my strengths and gives me the balance I want in my life.

2024

going global

I started the process of becoming licensed in Australia, completed the required legal coursework, and now I’m in the final steps of full admission.

2025

bend and beyond

I made the move to Bend, Oregon and finished the requirements for Oregon licensure—putting Luman Law on track to serve clients on both sides of the world by 2026.
